I have started to lose my vision around a year ago
then started to see floaters after a couple of months
now i see flashes (bolt like) and they are very thin and weak but noticeable
plus when i look at something very much i see shades of it for some seconds

Do I need to paint the ceilings 50% lighter than the actually paint color or just chose the next color down? I’m a little confused about what to do. Please help!
