Anybody else as priviliged as me?

I didn’t get to have morning sickness, but I did get to be 8 1/2 months pregnant on Thanksgiving….14 years ago.

I am. We just found out four days ago, the morning sickness started a few days before that. Congrats!!

Nope, I don’t get morning sickness anymore. But as i’m entering my last 6 weeks my stomach is running out of room so I can’t eat as much as i normally would.

I have read that keeping saltin crackers and water next to your bed will help morning sickness. Before you even roll out of bed, make sure that you eat a cracker or two and drink a sip of water. This should help. At least you can say your eating for two when you fill your plate for dinner. It could be worse. You could be on a stict diet during the holidays!

Right with ya girl :( That is one of my favorite holidays because of the FOOD! And I just so happen to be pregnant with morning sickness right at that time. All hope is not lost… although I have morning sickness I will most likely still be able to eat thanks to Zofran :) Foxxygal | Nov 20, 2009

yeah we just found out last week and the morning sickness is killing me! the worst part is i still have to cook dinner and have the "all day sickness!" why do they call it morning when it last all day? but yeah i doubt i’ll be eating dinner cause i can’t hold anything down. oh well…the things we are willing to go through for our children

Aw, sorry about the morning sickness, and the timing.

On the other hand, congrats on the baby!

At the dinner table, make sure to sit away from any foods that have a strong smell, as they might aggravate your morning sickness. And if you can stomach it, make sure to get yourself a sliver of pumpkin pie (something I had a major craving for during my morning sickness days. Ok, so it was actually pumpkin cheese cake, but the same basic idea ;))

hehehe no i’m not as privileged as you but i’ll be 39 weeks and some days along and realllllly pissed if i go into labor while in the middle of eating stuffing!!.. no one interrupts me and my turkey day stuffing eating damn it! he has a choice wait til the day after turkey day or with in the next 2 days!
