I am looking for a very scary film………?
a mate of mine told me to watch "The haunting in Connecticut". He said it would "scare the sh*t" out of me! Just watched it, and it was not scary at all. I want to find a film that makes me sit on the edge of my seat, and when it is finished makes me frightened to go up stairs without turning the lights on! Basically a film that will scare the living day lights out of me!!

I agree Haunting in Connecticut was not scary at all. I recomend Paranormal activity. As your watching it you will probably think its lame and stupid, but when your getting ready to go to sleep it messes with your mind and makes you so paranoid! I saw it the other night and ever since then I could not have a good night sleep without thinking some sort of demon was in my room. I am so freaked out by that movie!

I’ve watched nearly every horror film in existance, and i’m still looking for one that makes me sh*t myself.
Remember that watching a horror movie doesn’t have the same effect unless you’re in the cinema. Things are always more affective and scary in the cinema.
But sadly, not scary enough.

Maybe I’m jaded but I find that no movie scares me like that anymore. Still there is a French movie called Martyrs and the first 20-30 minutes made me feel this way, I even had to pause it for a while to catch my breath.

With me, its zombies … 28days later kept me awake for weeks
Asian films creep me out too … Ring, Dark Water,The Ghost, The Eye, Premonition,etc but not the crappy re makes
