How long can food stay good in a house that is between 30 and 40 degrees?
My power went out for about 4 days. My meat seemed to keep cold enough in the freezer, but I’m wondering how long food in a fridge can last if the temperature of the home was relatively cold (no more than 40 degrees). Can yogurt and meat survive in those conditions or should I clean out the fridge and freezer?
