Where can I find the recipe for a caramel-looking layered cake from 'Simply Baking', Channel 7 2, Fri 29 Jan?
The show aired sometime between 2 - 3:30pm, on friday afternoon.
Fast eddie was making this cake. It looked like round layers of caramel.
I think the name of the cake started with ‘P’…I can’t find a website for ’simply baking’.
I don’t know but Rick Bayless’ site has a cake with caramel frosting that is to die for.

I cannot find that recipe. Check Australian cookbooks. This is the southern US caramel cake and it’s wonderful!!!
